Reformer Pilates

REFORM PILATES AT FITNESS FIRST

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact workout performed on a reformer machine, a sliding platform with adjustable weighted springs that create resistance through a range of sitting, lying and balancing movements. Unlike mat Pilates, the reformer adds variable resistance to every movement, making it more effective for building functional strength and stability.

At Fitness First, our custom-built Reform studios are equipped with premium reformer beds, designed to support all fitness levels - from complete beginners to experienced athletes.
