How do I become a member?

If you would like more information about membership options, visit our membership page for details.

Once you are ready, you can join us online. Alternatively, you can join us by contacting your local club.

I wish to cancel my membership

Call us on 1300 55 77 99.

I would like to freeze my membership

You may suspend your membership for a minimum of 1 week at a time and cannot exceed 4 weeks per year.

A $5 suspension fee applies per week your membership is on hold. You can complete your time freeze by logging in here Fitness First - Sign In and signing in to your previously created account, or by clicking forgot your password and creating one on the spot.

I have a billing enquiry

If you wish to make a payment over the phone or discuss an overdue account, please call our billing provider, Debit Success, on 1800 681 827 or email [email protected].

To freeze your membership, you can do so on our Member Portal. To access the portal for the first time, click ‘Forgot password’ and follow the prompts or email [email protected] to reset your login details.
