Our custom-built Reform studios feature state-of-the-art reformer beds that use weighted springs to create resistance with a variety of sitting, lying and balancing movements.
Don't forget to bring your grippy socks, which can be purchased at reception. As a new member, it is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes early.

Follow the prompts to confirm your booking.
You will receive a Booking Successful notification and email once confirmed.
You can cancel a class online up to 2 hour before the class start time by selecting on the class. Cancelling a class can be done two ways:
Select the link in the confirmation booking email – “Click here to manage your booking”
Log into the club booking site and locate the class you would like to cancel, select 'Remove.
There is no email confirmation when you remove yourself from a class, you will see that the class no longer has a green tick next to it.
A fee of up to $10 will apply to all members who make a booking and do not attend the class.
Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance, only 3 future bookings can be made at a time.
Reform Pilates classes are 45 minutes. This is made up of five different movement series, adaptable for all fitness levels and abilities.
You will need a water bottle, towel and Pilates grip socks. These can be purchased at Reception.
Reform Pilates classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Before your first class, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early so your instructor can help you get set up and show you the ropes.
