Our signature Reform Pilates class blends strength and skill, often incorporating props like Pilates balls, circles and hand weights to add variety and challenge alongside the reformer's spring resistance.
Through movement driven sequences, you'll build long, lean muscle, improve power and flexibility, and challenge your whole body in a dynamic 45-minute session.
New people are encouraged to arrive a couple of minutes early so the instructor can help them with the bed.
