Flinders Street Platinum is conveniently located just opposite the Flinders St Station. The club offers an entirely new fitness experience unlike any other gym in the heart of Melbourne CBD
One of our club's defining feature is our rooftop training area with speed / agility track and climbing frame. Our innovative training facilities include custom a designed hot yoga studio; XT Strength Training with Olympic lifting platforms; High Intensity Interval Training studio hosting the hottest fitness trend such as boxing and battleropes; and cycle studio with Virtual MyRide+. Also, we have longer opening hours and essentials such as exclusive changing rooms with hairdryers, straighteners and shoe shiners.
Group Exercise Classes
We have a wide selection of group exercise classes and there are more than 165 classes per week. Our classes include BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK, Boxing, Freestyle Group Training, Hot Flow Yoga, Pro-Cycling, HIIT, XT, Zumba and more.

Optional Training Options
• 1:1 PT x 2 consists of two one-on-one training sessions with a qualified Personal Trainer.
Contract is our ongoing payment membership. You can choose a 3, 12 or 18 months minimum term ongoing commitment where you pay fortnightly. A start up fee of $99 is payable upon joining.
Pre Paid is a one off payment membership. You can choose a 10 or 25 visit pack and make a one off payment.
Contract membership continues past the minimum term until you advise Fitness First you wish to cancel (28 days notice required).
Cooling Off Period: We offer a 14 day comfort guarantee if you wish to cancel within 14 days of joining for any reason (Start Up fee is non-refundable).
