ShockWave makes use of the WaterRower GX rowing machine to provide bursts of high intensity intervals while its functional strength stations are designed to sculpt the legs, core and arms.

The advantage of using rowing as the cardiovascular exercise is that it's low impact and works almost every major muscle group.
