About the class

Mixed Martial Arts combines kickboxing, punches and wrestling moves with effective combat techniques, to boost over-all fitness levels.

Our program utilises ground based striking techniques as well as standing strikes on the kick bag, Thai clinch bag and MMA dummies. It's a combination of boxing and Muay Thai that evolves to also include striking from the ground to give an authentic MMA feel.
