Option 1: CryoFloat™ Pre-Training

Using ZeroBody CryoFloat™ before training is one of the most powerful ways to prepare both body and mind for performance.

Do I need to book?

Yes, for select therapies. To ensure fair access, bookings are required for Infrared Sauna* and Red-Light Therapy

3. Choose your preferred Recovery Therapy session (subject to availability).

4. Click Book and you'll receive an email confirmation of your session.

You can hold up to 3 upcoming bookings per therapy. Additional sessions can be booked once your current session concludes.

What should I wear when using the saunas or recovery equipment?

Massage chairs, cryo bed, compression boots, red light bed, and massage equipment  

  • Wear clean, dry clothes at all times 

Cold plunge

  • Wear swimwear

Saunas

  • Wear clean clothes, swimwear acceptable

  • In the traditional and infrared sauna, place a towel on seat before use

This is a unisex space, appropriate attire is required at all times. Wear appropriate footwear in wet areas.

Dry off before leaving wet areas, towel hooks are provided.

Is there an age restriction?

Yes, members must be 16 years or older to access Revive Recovery.

Are there time limits?

For the Infrared Sauna and Red-light therapy beds that require a booking, there is a time limit specified on the booking. Please ensure you arrive early for your session, if you are more than 5 minutes late, your session may be forfeited.

For the non-bookable items, time limits may exist for your health and safety or for the fairness of other members.

Are there any health conditions that would prevent me from using certain facilities?

HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS - DO NOT USE IF YOU: 

  • Are pregnant or have heart conditions, high blood pressure, or circulation issues 

  • Have open wounds, infections, or contagious conditions 

  • Are feeling unwell or have cold sensitivity 

  • Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
