Do you live in North Sydney or around the Northern Beaches? Are you looking for a personal trainer to motivate you to go further in life with the right balance of training, healthy eating and inspiration? Our personal trainers at Fitness First North Sydney and Fitness First Dee Why will set you on the path to success.
Meet Kristy Curtis and Luke Edgell. Our North Sydney and Dee Why Personal Trainers have some of the best creds in the industry, and work hard to tailor a program to meet your goals. Whether it’s booty bands, swiss balls, kettlebells, boxing or any other combination of workouts, they will design a program that takes you from where you are today to where you want to be in no time at all.
"In my view, the biggest transformations my clients make are internal, around long-lasting change and ditching bad habits. The physical benefits are just the icing on the cake."
Kristy Curtis, Personal Trainer, Fitness First North Sydney and Dee Why
Kristy has been in the fitness game for 20 years, and has worked with mums, dads, business owners, corporate high flyers, students and retirees. She is an awesome asset at our Dee Why club – there are few personal trainers of her calibre around town.
Taking a ‘show, don’t tell’ approach to training, Kristy’s all about teaching you to take responsibility for whatever challenge you want to overcome. She’ll unlock the motivation within, so you can continue to achieve your goals into the long-term.
Kristy is known for helping clients achieve their health, wellbeing and fitness goals. She’s also pretty famous for her muscle-burning banded crab crawls and plie squats.
“As a coach, my job is to challenge clients to do something they didn’t believe was possible. Breaking those barriers is critical to long-term success.”
Luke Edgell, Personal Trainer, Fitness First North Sydney and Dee Why
Ask Luke what shapes his training philosophy, and he’ll answer, “With great sacrifice comes great reward.” With nearly 10 years of personal training under his belt, Luke certainly helps his clients achieve great things.
Working primarily with athletes, Luke’s signature move is the Trap Bar Jump. Not for the faint-hearted, it’s great for developing explosive power, triple extension, starting acceleration and vertical jump height. Goes without saying, though, that Luke will shape your program to your specific goals.
