Yes, you will need to complete a new induction as Richmond Platinum has a different layout and the location of essential emergency information has changed.

Our Hot Yoga studio will open W/C 15 July & Reform Pilates studio will open W/C 22 July with the Revive and High Performance areas will open in August. We wanted to open our new club as soon as possible to ensure you are still able to train with the same facilities and services you know until we put the finishing touches on our extra facilities.

If you have signed up for a Diamond or Reform Platinum Plus membership, you will not be debited for these services until the area opens. 

We have parking at the rear and front of the gym. The rear car park is undercover and is open for entry between 5am and 9pm, but you can exit the car park after this time. Your membership card is required to gain access to this car park and individual car parking bays will be signed for Fitness First.

There is a car park located at the front of the gym. This also requires you to scan your membership card to both enter and exit the parking area. This is available 24.7.

The Richmond lockers have been upgraded from the previous gym and are locked via keypad combination. Simply place your items in the locker, enter your own 4-digit code to lock, and type in the same code when you are ready to unlock your locker. You can find further instructions in our change rooms.

Reform Pilates is a popular program we offer at Fitness First, and we do request all members book before attending the class. You can find more information on booking here.   Our Revive area is a brand-new facility with state-of-the-art equipment available for our Diamond members. To ensure every Diamond member has a chance to use the facilities, we have implemented a booking system for a portion of the area: the Infrared Sauna, Compression boots, Massage Chairs & Red-light therapy beds.

All other Group Fitness classes and familiar favorites do not currently require bookings. You can stay up to date with the timetable for these classes on our website here.

The best way to gain access to our Reform Pilates or Richmond exclusive Diamond facility is to contact the team members at the club directly via the details found on the website here.

You will need to complete a new membership agreement which will transfer your current membership to Richmond and increase your rate all while allowing you to continue training at any Fitness First club in Australia.
