A 45-minute, coach-led functional circuit workout that harnesses full-body strength, cardio and power. Les Mills Ceremony Hyrox is boutique-style circuit training like you've never seen before.

Yes. Black Label membership includes access to all classes available at the club, including Reform Pilates, Hot Yoga, and high‑performance group training, depending on the club’s facilities.
Is a towel service included?
Yes. Black Label membership includes premium towel service at all Black Label clubs.
Do Black Label members get access to all Fitness First clubs and Revive Recovery Zone?
Yes. Black Label provides national multi‑club and Revive Recovery access.
Can I try Fitness First before joining Black Label?
You’re welcome to come in for a tour and our team will look after you. Black Label free trials aren't available at this time.
What is the minimum age to join?
You must be 14 years or older to join Fitness First George Street and Barangaroo. Minors require parental/guardian consent and must join in‑club. You must be 16 years or older to join Fitness First Double Bay.
Can I place my Black Label membership on hold?
Yes, memberships can be frozen for up to 4 weeks per calendar year at $5/week using the Fitness First App.
How do EVOLT body scans work for Black Label members?
Black Label members receive unlimited Evolt body scans to track performance and progress, supported by coaching programs.
