To ensure you can train with confidence, Fitness First has introduced a range of new health and safety measures
We’ve missed seeing you in the gym! As always, the health and safety of our members and staff remains our top priority. We will continue to maintain strict social distancing measures, an increased cleaning regime, as well as offering hand sanitiser and disinfectant gym wipes for all members and staff. We are following Federal State Government guidelines ensuring you can maintain a safe distance at all times on the gym floor and in Group Exercise Classes. Depending on your state of residence, you may need to book your gym visit ahead of time.

For the health and safety of others the following conditions of entry are in place.
• Only visit if you and your child/children are well
• Do not enter if unwell
• One parent per Child at drop off/pick up
• All contact details need to be updated
• Everyone is required to use hand sanitiser before and after visitation.
• Parents will need to sign in and out to ensure correct contact tracing measures are followed.
• All drink bottles must be clearly labelled
• Babies should be brought and left in prams
• Physical contact with children will be limited where possible.
• Social distancing between children will be adhered too.
As per the government direction, we are adhering to the 1 person per 4 square metre rule.
The following safety guidelines are in place:
• Session times are 90 minutes.
• No Staff members will be changing nappies, parents will need to do this.
• We have extensive cleaning procedures in place between sessions to ensure the safety of the children, staff and parents. The cleaning schedule will be printed and displayed for reference.
• For the safety of all attendees, porous, foam, permeable fabric toys, playdoughs, furniture have been removed.
