'm Stef a certified Personal Trainer, Intuitive Eating Facilitator and HAES (Health At Every Size) practitioner with 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.

I specialize in helping women just like you to build strength, feel confident in the gym, enjoy exercising, make peace with food and respect your body.

I do so through my own lived experience of decades of yo-yo dieting, constant weight fluctuations, body dissatisfaction, physical health conditions and a poor relationship with food and exercise. I used a size-inclusive, holistic approach to improving my health, habits and self-image. In doing so, I made peace with food, began to actually enjoy exercise, and cultivated a deeply compassionate relationship with my body.

I now help women just like you to do the exact same!
