Richard Sekesan

With over 25 years in fitness and movement, I deliver a dynamic, holistic approach to training. My coaching integrates Strength & Conditioning, Gymnastic Strength Training, Flexibility, Mobility, Hand-Balancing, Locomotion, and Movement Progressions, tailored to your goals—whether you're an athlete, seeking a complete fitness transformation, or an older adult looking to maintain strength and mobility. As a 9-time Ironman Triathlon finisher (3.8km swim 180km bike 42.2km run - best time: 9hr 55min) and experienced hand-balancer, I understand the dedication required for peak performance and skill mastery. My training philosophy has been shaped by extensive study with leading movement experts, including Ido Portal, Juan Reada, Mihaela Karkia (Cirque Du Soleil), Shahar Tal (former Commonwealth Games Gymnastics Coach), Wayne Rogers (KLT S&C), and former Olympic USA Head Triathlon Coach Jarrod Evans. This diverse background allows me to apply cutting-edge methods in mobility, balance, strength, flexibility, program design, and peak performance to help clients achieve their goals. From hand-balancing and coaching elite athletes to body transformation, injury recovery, and longevity training for older adults, I help clients unlock their potential and redefine what’s possible.
