Reece Horsburgh

I believe good coaching isn't about perfection, it's about helping people build strength, confidence, and consistency in a way that fits their lifestyle.

I come from a background in Exercise and Sport Science, which shapes how I coach: I focus on movement quality, sustainable progress, and helping people feel capable in their bodies, not just tired after a session.

Training has been a big part of my life for years, from strength training and running, to pole and performance-based movement. I've also experienced setbacks, injuries, and periods where motivation drops, which gives me real understanding of what it's like to rebuild consistency rather than just work to "push harder."

I work best with people who want:

• Structure without being overwhelmed

• Support without judgement

• Coaching that adapts to their body, not forces it

Whether you're getting back into training, wanting to feel stronger, preparing for an event, or just trying to stay consistent, my goal is to meet you where you're at and build from there.
