I’m Katren Alatrach, a Bachelor-qualified Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer dedicated to helping clients build strength, transform their bodies, and develop habits that last.
With a university degree in Food & Nutrition and hands-on coaching experience, I combine scientific nutrition principles with structured strength training to deliver measurable, sustainable results, without extremes or guesswork.
My journey into the industry began with my own transformation. I lost 42kg through structured training and nutrition, and later transformed my body a second time, shifting my focus from weight loss to building strength, muscle, and true physical capability.
That experience shaped my coaching philosophy: long-term results are built through education, structure, and consistency, not quick fixes.
