I used to believe sport wasn’t for me — that I was too weak, too clumsy, too far behind. But as I started learning more about neurosciences, how the nervous system works,
and how our brain shapes our movements and beliefs, I realised that what was holding me back wasn’t my body — it was what I believed about it. Then I discovered that we could train not just for aesthetics or performance, but to feel capable and enjoy all that our bodies can do, and that’s when I truly fell in love with the gym. Today, I help women transform their lives (and achieve front splits!) by building strong self-confidence, showing them that they are capable and powerful — both mentally and physically.
