My name is Diego. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Chef with over 10 years of experience across a wide range of cuisines, and I have been working in the fitness industry since 2024.

I specialise in helping men aged 20–50 who struggle with fat loss and muscle building to build strength, regain confidence, and feel comfortable in the gym. My goal is to help you enjoy training, stay consistent, and achieve results you’re proud of.

With my strong culinary background, I help clients reach their fitness goals without giving up great food. I believe you can improve your body and health while still enjoying tasty, satisfying, and nutritious meals.
