THIS SMOOTHIE BOWL RECIPE IS FULL OF ANTIOXIDANTS

Looking for a nutritious smoothie that will power you through any obstacle? Gulp down this tasty and nourishing anti-inflammatory smoothie bowl and you’ll also sneak in half your daily dose of vegetables.

Serves 1. 


INGREDIENTS

1 cup Frozen blueberries

1 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tbsp nut butter

Handful baby spinach/kale

1/2 cup pre-cooked, frozen cauliflower*

*Steam or microwave cauliflower tender and freeze in zip lock bags until ready to use. 


METHOD

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. Once mixed, pour into serving bowl or Mason jar and top with colourful seasonal fruit, dried coconut, nuts and seeds.
