We’re taking movement beyond the gym and into your everyday spaces bringing quick, fun fitness challenges to where you live, work and travel.

This month, we’re rolling out free, interactive experiences at Sydney Airport and Westfield Pitt Street Mall, designed to inspire you to move more, feel stronger and rethink everyday fitness.

  • Time: 6am-10am & 4pm-8pm.

  • The Challenge: Test your strength and stamina with our Wall Sit Challenge.

Take the Challenge at Westfield Sydney

  • Location: Westfield Sydney, Pitt St entrance.

  • Date: 16-22 February.

  • Time: 9:30am–7pm (Thursday until 9pm, Sunday from 10am).

  • The Challenge: Test your strength and stamina with either the Hang Challenge or Wall Sit Challenge.
