BioScore assessment

All bodies age in different ways depending on genetic and lifestyle factors. A BioScore assessment gives you an extensive health assessment that will allow you to compare your chronological age with your measured biological age, as well as advice on how to reduce your biological age and improve your longevity.

The BioScore assessment comprises a combination of health and fitness tests, and a comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire:
Health: Lung function, blood pressure, body composition (height to waist ratio)
Fitness: Aerobic fitness, strength, power, flexibility, agility, core endurance
Lifestyle: Stress, smoking, alcohol, sleep, nutrition.

The assessment analyses the results of these tests and applies different weighting factors in order to develop a comprehensive picture of your current health status, and your BioAge.
