Swim School

A great way for your child or yourself to learn a lifesaving skill

At Fitness First Swim Schools we ensure that learning to swim is an enjoyable and rewarding experience. We teach life saving skills in a fun and caring environment.

Swimming is an integral part of Australian culture and we feel that every child should have the opportunity to learn to swim from a young age. Swimming provides skills for life and children not only learn about staying safe around water, but also social skills, coordination, confidence and the joy of living an active lifestyle.

Our swim instructors foster and develop student’s skills through a structured program. They are dedicated to providing the best teaching methods that ensure all students move and progress through the program.

We offer Swim School in selected Fitness First locations. Contact your local club for more information and to enrol.
