I started this Personal Training to help others build strength and improve the quality of their lives — just as I’ve had to learn to do myself.
My background is rooted in movement. I was a professional cricketer from 2001 to 2003 at the international level for Zimbabwe and held a national pole vault record for eight years (2009-2017). For most of my life, sport was a daily ritual.
I’ve faced a long list of physical challenges: spinal fusion, disc replacement, hip replacement, multiple shoulder surgeries, and chronic pain. Alongside that, I’ve battled and overcome severe mental health challenges. My journey hasn’t been linear, but it’s shaped me into someone who knows what it really takes to rebuild — physically and mentally.
For me, Personal Training isn’t about quick fixes or punishing workouts. It’s about real strategies that support strength, confidence, and resilience. Whether you’re returning from injury, managing chronic pain, feeling lost in your body, or navigating focus and energy challenges — I get it. I’ve lived it. And I’m here to coach you through.
