Starting with the humorous goal to tackle “F.O.M.B.” (Fear of Man Boobs), James wanted to feel more fit, active, and ready for life’s next chapter.
“I wanted to change that potential situation and get ready for a more active life.”

“Pull-ups? What?! But now, I realise I’m much more capable.”

“It’s about believing you CAN do the thing… and clothes fit differently (in a good way)!”

“Of course do it… even if it’s for once a month just to help with technique, exercise programs, etc. I like the fact that it keeps me accountable and creates a schedule to adhere to.”
