The Zone Classes
Qualified trainers lead a series of short 30 and 45 minutes sessions in each zone using dynamic movement training principles to deliver total body, energy demanding, functional workouts that challenge the muscular, cardiovascular and neural systems at once.

Access Type
Platinum Membership allows access to all Platinum and Passport clubs Australia wide.
Optional Training Options
• 1:1 PT x 2 consists of two one-on-one training sessions with a qualified Personal Trainer.
Membership Type
Contract is our ongoing payment membership. You can choose a 3, 12 or 18 months minimum term ongoing commitment where you pay fortnightly. A start up fee of $99 is payable upon joining.
Pre Paid is a one off payment membership. You can choose a 10 or 25 visit pack and make a one off payment.
Contract membership continues past the minimum term until you advise Fitness First you wish to cancel (28 days notice required).
Cooling Off Period: We offer a 14 day comfort guarantee if you wish to cancel within 14 days of joining for any reason (Start Up fee is non-refundable).
ZONE 1: PROGRESSIVE
These highly progressive, aerobic workouts are designed to develop coordination, balance, flexibility and stability through dynamic movement. Using equipment such as ViPRs, Kettlebells and Medicine Balls, paired with Kinesis and cardio machines, this workout will get your heart racing and muscles burning as you work toward improving overall health while promoting fat loss.
ZONE 2: FUNCTIONAL
Unleash your inner warrior with these high energy workouts set to challenge you mentally and physically. Push, drag, press, jump and climb your way through a high intensity circuit designed to maximise your time in the gym. As you test your limits, you can expect to develop functional strength, anaerobic fitness and speed.
ZONE 3: CONDITIONING
Unlock your competitive edge in a range of athletic, team-based circuits featuring explosive movements with Kettlebells, TRX and modern cardio equipment. The camaraderie between your teams will get you working harder than you ever imagined as you work to improve metabolic conditioning, power and strength.
ZONE 4: HIGH PERFORMANCE STRENGTH
Where champions are made and serious strength training is king. This cross training, strength-based circuit features the most advanced movements and lifting techniques to produce big gains in strength and muscle. It combines the traditional strength movements of squats, lunges, deadlifts and overhead press with bodyweight and loaded movements for the ultimate metabolic challenge.
