About the class

SXT uses TRX suspension training equipment to allow you to use your own bodyweight as the resistance in a series of exercises, so you can get the most effective workout for your own fitness level.

SXT consists of four circuits of core, upper and lower body exercises along with cardio intervals so you can improve your overall fitness and achieve the results you’re looking for.
