The Zone program offers members a boutique and exclusive group fitness environment in a convenient inner-city location. Enjoy a dedicated relaxation area that includes a stream room and sauna for post-exercise recovery.

There’s currently no booking system. Select classes have a firm cap due to equipment availability. Please see the team at reception for your class token on arrival.
Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Before your first class, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early so your instructor can help you get set up and show you the ropes.
