HIGH INTENSITY

Level up with our HIIT classes that are made to make you sweat. The use of circuit based interval training combines full body movement and cardio to increase heart rate and energy expenditure.

STRENGTH

Progressive 6 week training blocks that encompass both compound and accessory weighted movements targeting full body results including sculpting and building muscle, fat loss and increased stability.  

CONDITIONING

Challenge your endurance with both aerobic fitness and muscular strength through a combination of cardio and resistance training with a cheeky sprinkle of core which everyone loves to hate (but secretly loves).

HOW TO GET THE MOST FROM THE ZONE

Play the long game and show up for yourself with consistency. HIIT, strength and conditioning at The Zone gives you the greatest results when you optimise your metabolic rate. Other ways to make more of your time in The Zone: 

  • Get advice from our experienced Team Coaches on which programs are going to push you to the next level.  

  • Find a schedule that suits you. All classes have three versions at any one time, so you’ll get a different workout every time.  

  • Classes are effective as one-offs, but for best results and boosted endorphin levels, consistency is key.

The Zone program offers members a boutique and exclusive group fitness environment in a convenient inner-city location. Experience fast-paced and professionally designed classes that will have your inner athlete challenged. It’s perfect for all fitness levels and a great opportunity to experience coach-led training. Enjoy a dedicated relaxation area that includes a stream room and sauna for post-exercise recovery. 

What are the benefits of doing a class at The Zone?

How can I access The Zone classes?

The Zone classes are offered as part of a Platinum membership If you are an existing member and would like to upgrade your membership, speak with Reception on your next visit.   

Is booking required to attend a class?

There’s currently no booking system. Select classes have a firm cap due to equipment availability. Please see the team at reception for your class token on arrival.

It’s my first time to a class. What do I do?

Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Before your first class, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early so your instructor can help you get set up and show you the ropes.
