About The Class

RPM™ Hi Performance is a 60 minute monster for regular riders wanting to push their limits of resistance, strength and endurance. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

This cycle class is suitable for intermediate to advanced.
