Flexibility, Relaxing, De-stressing. This sequence is designed to introduce the you to the FlowYoga practice by providing gentler and modified versions of the poses, while still providing the classic 'power'-ful experience.
More specifically, it is designed to accommodate people who have limited strength, flexibility or stamina. The sequence is simple, balanced in its variety and, most importantly, provides a safe and approachable stepping stone to the full Hot or Dynamic FlowYoga class.
In addition to Gentle FlowYoga, Fitness First also offers a number of variations including Hot Yoga, 90-minute Hot Yoga and Dynamic FlowYoga, Hot FlowYoga, and traditional Yoga.
