What is BodyPump? A popular series from Les Mills, BodyPump is a barbell class that emphasises sculpting, toning and strengthening your entire body. The targeted and highly repetitive movements will condition muscles and deliver fast results.
At Fitness First we also offer BodyPump Technique that will review and introduce the main movements and safety aspects for a successful Body Pump class. For those in a hurry, we have the 30 minute BodyPump Express class at various club locations.
