Cycle is a fantastic freestyle stationary cycle workout. Cycle will build endurance and provides great cardiovascular training for performance fitness. This 30 minute class is perfect for those in a hurry. Our classes are led by our expert fitness instructors and provide a fun group environment and ever changing scenery and challenges. No coordination required.

For intermediate to advanced cyclists we offer Cycle Hi Performance and Cycle Peak Performance, and Cycle Express for those in a hurry. Other cycle classes at Fitness First include RPM and Ride.
