Kings Cross Overview

 

Fitness First Kings Cross is conveniently located beneath the iconic Coca Cola sign in Sydney’s east. With extended opening hours, beautiful harbour views, and three levels of lift accessible training floors. Enjoy every training experience with over 80 classes per week delivered by world class fitness instructors, a dedicated Freestyle training area, 7 lifting platforms and a matrix lifting cage. If you’re looking to unwind, we have both male and female steam rooms, and a Members Lounge with iPad technology.

We have a wide selection of group exercise classes with more than 65 classes per week. Our classes include BODYATTACK, BODYBALANCE, BODYPUMP, CXWORX, Cycle, Freestyle, Pilates, RPM, Shockwave, XT, Yoga and more.

Platinum Membership allows access to all Platinum and Passport clubs Australia wide.

Passport Membership allows access to all Passport clubs Australia wide. 

Membership Type

Contract is our ongoing payment membership. You can choose a 3, 12 or 18 months mininum term ongoing committment where you pay fortnightly. Start up fee of $60 is payable ($85 for 3 month membership options).

Pre Paid is a one off payment membership. You can choose a 10 or 25 visit pack and make a one off payment. 

Optional Training Options

• BioScore is a holistic analysis of your health, fitness and lifestyle. 
• 1:1 PT x 2 consists of two one-on-one training sessions with a qualified Personal Trainer.
