SECOND ZUMBA CLASS ANNOUNCED

DUE TO THE MASSIVE RESPONSE AND DEMAND FROM MEMBERS REGARDING MORE ZUMBA CLASSES, A NEW ZUMBA CLASS HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY at 6.30pm.  THIS CLASS WILL COMMENCE ON FRIDAY 3rd SEPTEMBER.

THIS CLASS WILL BE TAKEN BY JORGE. ENJOY!


SPEED/AGILITY/QUICKNESS (CROSS-TRAINING)

Due to the popularity of this format, we are adding another SAQ class with Jose in August. This class will run on FRIDAY 7.30am for 45 minutes.


WEDNESDAY 7.30pm BODYCOMBAT

Due to persistent poor attendance, BODYCOMBAT will no longer run at this time.  From August 4th this class will become BODYBALANCE.


SATURDAY CLASSES AFFECTED BY CLUB CLOSURE

During building renovations our 9am BODYATTACK, 10am BODYPUMP and 11am YOGA class will continue as normal. The classes will be held at Fitness First George St Platinum, 259 George St Sydney. This club is situated almost directly across the street from us, and is a 2 minute walk from Bond St.

Please mention at Reception that you are coming in to participate in the classes to avoid paying the Platinum club premium.

A low-impact, 55-minute class, integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability, and stretching and mobility work. Using BODYVIVETM balls and resistance tubes, you enjoy a varied workout that activates and empowers your body.

If you have any injuries or disabilities, or are pregnant, Fitness First advises that you should consult your health professional prior to undertaking any class. Please also inform your Group Fitness instructor.
For your safety it isimportant that you attend the warm-up & cool-down phase of all classes.
Lockers are available.
Please bring a towel and water bottle for your own comfort.
For hygiene and safety reasons please bring your own gloves to boxing classes.
