You’re halfway through and we think that’s worth celebrating! Join us for an exclusive SQUAD social training session.
The session is designed to push your limits in a friendly, competitive environment with the support of your squad behind you. As others around you step it up a notch, you’ll want to give it your all!
You can expect to squat, jump, lunge, push and pull your way to fit in a competitive games style workout. Your squad will work together to complete several training challenges measured by most reps completed, most metres gained, most weight lifted or fastest time to complete.
Each club will register a SQUAD team to compete. Check out the details for your local event below and register with your SQUAD leader.
