It’s great to welcome you back into the gym, however things are a little different because of social distancing guidelines. Depending on which state you reside you may need to book ahead of time. This will ensure we comply with Government regulations and provide a safe training environment.

 

BOOKING CONDITIONS

We now require members to pre book and schedule their workouts ahead of entering the club. 

•NSW and ACT members are required to book for Group Fitness and Freestyle Group Training Classes

• QLD Club Members no longer require any bookings for any gym visit.

• Following the Victorian Government’s latest directive to slow the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), all Victorian Fitness First clubs will be temporarily closed, effective close of business Wednesday, July 8. Find out more

If you can't login to our member bookings portal, don't worry. We have you covered, complete the form below to have your account reactivated so we can get you training.

• We have made some changes to the timetable on the booking portal, and there are now two different start times for the same class. In an effort to further encourage social distancing, we have staggered the start times by approx 5 minutes for classes with A and B sides of the studio, and members will be allowed to enter and exit as per their start and end times. Please note these staggered classes are all the same class with one instructor. We kindly ask that you arrive for the exact start time you have booked. 
• 
To ensure all of our members have an equal opportunity to access our clubs, each member can book up to 14 sessions per week, two sessions per day and booking confirmations will be sent via Email.
• Once a workout or class is completed you can book in for your next session up to 7 days in advance 1 hour after your session is complete.
• If your preferred class is full, we recommend adding yourself to the waitlist, as more often than not, a place will open up for you, and you’ll be notified via SMS as soon as one does, up to 45minutes prior to the class or gym floor opening.
• If you are unable to book please register using the form below. 
• If you have selected a ‘waitlisted’ option this will be counted towards your total of fourteen bookings per week (max 2 per day).
• You can cancel your booking online, up to 1 hour prior using your account login.
• As workout sessions and classes are limited, please be mindful of others if you’ve booked and you can’t attend please cancel your booking by logging back in, and removing that class.
• Only paying members that aren’t on time freeze can book workouts or classes.
• We can’t wait for you to train with your favourite PT’s again!  Please get in contact with your trainer to organise your session time. For our VIC club members you will need to book the “workout area” you will be training in for this session through our online booking platform.  Don’t worry - your trainer will tell you which area to book before your session.

Ensure you arrive 5-10min prior to your session and maintain a safe social distance of 1.5m.

IMPORTANT: Only use this form if you did not receive your login credentials from us and are a NSW member that would like to book a Group Exercise class or ACT member that would like to book any class. QLD club members no longer need to make a booking.
