Tash has been a personal trainer for 4+ years in Australia and the UK.

Tash loves to incorporate strength training, sweaty circuits and functional fitness into her clients' programs.

Having fun is important and in Tash's sessions she likes to have variety in the sessions to keep things interesting whilst ensuring you get the desired results.

Tash loves working with both new and experienced gym members, may it be to help build confidence in the gym or to take them to their next fitness goals.

Developing healthy and sustainable fitness habits are one of Tash's main core values.
