Yummy Strawberry And Mint Froyo
This homemade froyo (frozen yoghurt) will be your new favourite treat. Packed with probiotics, which are beneficial gut bacteria to help boost immunity.
500g frozen strawberries
2 tbsp desired sweetener
1 fresh lime, squeezed
250g natural Greek yoghurt
a handful of mint leaves
Tip: Greek yoghurt has up to twice as much protein as plain or natural yoghurt, making it a satisfying snack option.
1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and process until creamy (2-3 minutes).
2. Serve immediately as a soft serve or transfer to baking tin lined with baking paper and freeze overnight.
3. Remove roughly 15 minutes prior to serving.
