Swimming and swim school at Fitness First

Fitness First Swim Schools are affiliated with Milo Swim Australia - "teaching Australia to swim for lifelong health, safety, fun and fitness". All of our Swim School staff are Austswim qualified and trained and are proud to offer this service to our members.

This is a great way for your child or yourself to learn a lifesaving skill. Fitness First Swim schools offer lessons for all ages from 6 months to adult. Children can progress from our beginner stages to our more competitive groups in the squads. Our Swim Schools also offer other services to our members - including pool parties, school swimming groups and race nights for all ages

How do I enrol?

Bookings and Enrolments are made directly through Swim School Reception. All new bookings must enrol in person to complete the necessary forms.

All Swim School participants must complete an enrolment form upon booking into lessons.

Download the 2012 Swim School Enrolment Form. Fill in the form and return it to your enrolled Swim School.

What categories are there?

We welcome a range of ages from babies to adults. Fitness First Swim Schools have different levels according to each child's skill level.

Are the staff qualified?

Yes, all our Swim School Staff are Austswim and CPR qualified according the Austswim and Swim Australia qualification regulations. This ensures that all staff are correctly trained and are up to date with relevant information regarding swim teaching.
