Fitness First truly believes that parents and
guardians should ensure they look after themselves. Being the
primary role models to their children and with the alarming
increase in childhood obesity, parents and guardians are in the
driving seat to promote the benefits of an active lifestyle to
their children. Fitness First makes this easy by offering Play Zone
at the majority of our clubs.
Play Zone is offered to assist in making our members workout as productive and convenient as possible. Play Zone offers a varied and stimulating program for all children from 6 weeks up to 12 years of age. Children can enjoy art, craft, construction, sensory, language and gross motor experiences. Our professional staff are more than happy to assist with any queries and suggestions you may have.
