Core
A functional strength group fitness program designed to attract, capture and inspire people to embrace their inner health using the unstable surface of a BOSU ball.
Created exclusively for Fitness First Australia, CORE is a new concept in group fitness training that has pulled the expertise from both group fitness and personal training and has acted as an ideal compliment to cardio and strength training workouts. The 45 min class workout focuses on the muscles in the abdominal and back area, conditioning the body by performing exercises that mimic everyday activities like squatting, pushing, pulling, rotating. Participants control the intensity of each exercise, through progressive levels which enables all fitness abilities to enjoy a challenging and achievable workout.
Core is a RBT program (results-based training) which means the client/participant can measure real progress in their fitness, strength and enhanced quality of life. Safe and effective, CORE is accessible to all from the new group fitness user through to the conditioned athlete.
