We'll put you on a path to success

To make fitness an important part of your daily life is what we’re about, so we provide every new member with a free personal training session and a tailored program to reach your goals. 

Staying motivated and creating a habit is easier to do alongside other members, which is why we provide team training on the gym floor and a wide range of fun group exercise classes.

We also know a fitness focused lifestyle isn’t about dedicating yourself to a regime and doing the same thing day in, day out so you can always check in with us to help keep you focused – we have the expertise to turn your motivation into a life changed habit. 

Your fitness journey

You're sure to notice a lot of changes in the way you look and feel as fitness becomes a solid habit. Here are a few helpful tips to keep you going and some great things to look forward to...

Week 1
Have fun – get out there and enjoy.

Week 2
Feel the workouts – push yourself that little bit more and feel the difference.

Week 3
Be committed – don’t let excuses get in the way.

Week 4
Feel the difference – by now you should be feeling fitter and healthier, and sleeping better too.

Week 6
Now or never – by now those good habits should set in – you should be working out at least 2 times a week as part of your essential routine.

Week 9
Challenge yourself – add some variety to your workout – your body needs a new challenge.

6 months and beyond
Feeling better than ever – you’re a new person. Positive, confident and full of energy.

What is Team Workout?

Like the idea of a personal trainer, but would prefer to train in a group? Try a free Team workout – a qualified instructor will take groups of up to 4 fellow club members through a fun, interactive 30 minute structured workout on the gym floor. Aimed at improving and challenging your fitness and giving your motivation a boost, a Team Workout will help you achieve better results.
