A BioAge assessment gives you an extensive health assessment that will allow you to compare your
chronological age with your measured biological age, as
well as advice on how to reduce your biological age and improve your longevity.

WHAT WILL BIOAGE MEASURE?

The BioAge tests can be split into 3 broad categories:
Metabolic Tests, a Physical Test and Behavioural Tests.

The 'Metabolic Tests' are used to assess how well
your body's metabolism processes are working.

The 'Physical Tests' cover areas such as
aerobic fitness, lung function, flexibility and
muscle endurance.

The 'Behavioural Tests' cover areas such as stress,
smoking, alcohol and general nutrition.

The assessment uses all these tests together and applies
different 'weighting factors' to the individual tests in order
to develop your BioAge and a comprehensive picture of
your current health status.
