Whether you’re a regular yoga guru or are just starting out with the basics, Fitness First yoga classes are a great way to unwind and develop your mind and body.
What is yoga? While its origins stem from ancient India, yoga fitness has become widely popular all over the world for its ability to heal and bring peace of mind while building strength and toning muscles. Our experienced yoga instructors will take you through a series of stretches, positions and routines that will help you regulate and control your breathing.
In addition to our standard yoga class, Fitness First also offers a number of variations including Hot Yoga, Gentle Flow Yoga and Dynamic Flow Yoga. We also have a 90 minute Hot Yoga variation that’s sure to have you working up a sweat. Classes are not available at every club - please check club timetables for more information.
