Fitness First Newtown is a community club that is located just next to the train station with parking underneath the gym. We have a dynamic staff culture and a strong Personal Training team to help our members to attain their fitness goals.

Fitness First Newtown is a spacious community club located in the bustling heart of King Street. With a supportive and inspiring staff culture and strong focus on dynamic, functional training classes, our team thrives on helping members to achieve their health and fitness goals. Why not come in and ask about our diverse and friendly group of personal trainers? We're right next to Newtown station or you can enjoy parking beneath the club.

Group Exercise Classes

We have a wide selection of group exercise classes and there are 40+ classes per week. Our classes include BODYATTACK, BODYBALANCE, BODYPUMP, Circuit, HIIT, RPM, Yoga and more.

Platinum Membership allows access to all clubs Australia wide.

 

Passport Membership allows access to all Passport clubs Australia wide.

 

Membership Type

Contract is our ongoing payment membership. You can choose a 3, 12 or 18 months mininum term ongoing committment where you pay fortnightly. Start up fee of $75 is payable.

Pre Paid is a one off payment membership. You can choose a 5, 10, 25 or 50 visit pack and make a one off payment. 

Optional Training Options

• Fitness Program is a FREE introductory practical sessions in small groups.
• 1:1 PT x 3 consists of three one-on-one training session with a qualified Personal Trainer.
