Not just another gym, Fitness First Darlinghurst is a true club community dedicated to Functional Movement training with experienced PTs and fitness pros to help every member get the most out of the experience. Located In Oxford Square, we offer 30 minute Freestyle Group Training classes so you can get a challenging workout and back to work in no time. Our group exercise programs are designed to support all fitness levels and aspirations. Members can unwind in our lounge area with iPad access & free WIFI. Take time out in our relaxation area boasting both steam room and sauna. Come in and meet our friendly team to support you on your fitness journey.

Group Exercise Classes

We have a wide selection of group exercise classes and there are 60+ classes per week. Our classes include BODYATTACK, BODYCOMBAT, BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, Freestyle, XT, Yoga and more.

Membership Options

Membership Type

Contract is our ongoing payment membership. You can choose a 3, 12 or 18 months mininum term ongoing committment where you pay fortnightly. Start up fee of $75 is payable.

Pre Paid is a one off payment membership. You can choose a 5, 10, 25 or 50 visit pack and make a one off payment. 

Optional Training Options

• Fitness Program is a FREE introductory practical sessions in small groups.
• 1:1 PT x 3 consists of three one-on-one training session with a qualified Personal Trainer.
