ViPR stands for vitality, performance and reconditioning. Each class has exercises focusing on these goals to give you an amazing workout!
n ViPR we use a rubber tube to mimic the utility of seven tools: barbell, dumbbell, Kettlebell, stability ball, medicine ball, balance device and speed ladder. ViPR stands for vitality, performance and reconditioning, so each exercise focuses on one of these goals, combining all three makes for a great workout!

The classes are 15 minute sessions (some sessions may be 30 minutes, check the timetable) designed to push you outside your comfort zone and focuses on functional movements to target all the major muscle groups to give you a good workout. Small Group Training is open to all members of any fitness level.
