Hot FlowYoga is practised in a room heated between 32 and 35 degrees. This strong vinyasa flow class was created by Duncan Peak exclusively for Fitness First.

The purpose of the heat is to warm the muscles and connective tissue allowing for increased mobility and flexibility.

The heat also intensifies the practice and aids detoxification, creating a practice that is deeply cleansing. An exhilarating workout which builds physical co-ordination and mental focus.

Through intense concentration throughout the class, Hot FlowYoga at Fitness First is an exhilarating workout which builds physical co-ordination and mental focus at the same time. A total body and mind workout!
