As a member, you are encouraged to discover your inner child and explore this latest offering, where you can hang, dip, press, planche and climb your way to greater heights.

Using specially designed spaces, equipped with ropes, rings, parallel bars, parrallettes, high-low bars, cargo nets and explosion ladders, Gymnastics Strength Training is utilised in class format.

Gymnastics Strength Training is now active in the Sydney CBD at Fitness First Park St and The Zone Platinum (King St), as well as the Cronulla and Randwick clubs, with more to come.
