SXT
SXT allows you to build endurance, develop strength as well as improve balance and coordination. Using TRX suspension training equipment allows you to use your own bodyweight as the resistance in a series of exercises, so you can get the most effective workout for your own fitness level.
SXT consists of four circuits of core, upper and lower body exercises along with cardio intervals so you can improve your overall fitness and achieve the results you’re looking for.
