An all-over muscle conditioning workout utilising the Fitball and focusing on the core. This class also includes some Pilates principles. 

Fitness Workshops are 30 minute sessions held on the gym floor. They will show you technique tips so you can create your own full body workout, so you can walk away with a workout you can repeat on your own.
